I, Melissa Price, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report as required by s303EC5(a) of that Act, make the following amendment to Part 1 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

Under the heading ‘Vertebrate Animals’, Class: ‘Chondrichthyes (Cartilaginous fishes)’ in the appropriate alphabetic position:

Add:

Taxon	Common Name
Labidochromis caeruleus	Electric Yellow Cichlid

This instrument commences the day after registration.
