List of Specimens taken to be Suitable for Live Import Amendment                             (Common Garden Snail) Instrument 2020

I, Sussan Ley, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report under subparagraph 303EC(5)(a) of that Act, make the following amendments to the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001):

1. Part 1 of the List: Under the heading ‘Invertebrate Animals’, Phylum: Mollusca (molluscs) in the appropriate alphabetic position:

Add:

Taxon	Common Name
Cornu aspersum	Common Garden Snail

This instrument commences the day after registration.
