I, Simon Birmingham, Minister for Education and Training, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003, approve the attached list of the maximum amounts of all grants which may be paid in 2016 for each purpose of grant specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act.

1. Name of instrument

   This instrument is the List of Maximum Grant Amounts under Division 41 for 2016 (Education).

2        Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 41-50(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

3        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

   The list of maximum grants prepared in accordance with section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 for 2016, is set out in Table 1.
