I, Nigel Scullion, Minister for Indigenous Affairs, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (‘the Act’), approve the attached list of the maximum amount of all grants which may be paid in 2016 for the purpose of the grant specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act in relation to the Indigenous Support Programme.

1     Name

This instrument is the List of grants under Division 41 for 2016 in relation to the Indigenous Support Programme.

2     Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 41-50(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

3     Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
