SALE-YARDS (VESTING) ACT.

Act No. 29, 1928.

An Act to vest in His Majesty the lands at Lismore described in the Schedule to the Lismore Markets and Cattle Sale-yards Act and the site of part of Conway Street ad­ jacent thereto; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 30th October, 1928.]

1. This Act may be cited as the "Lismore Markets and Cattle Sale-yards (Vesting) Act, 19-8 ."

2. (1) The land described in the Schedule to this Act is hereby vested in His Majesty and shall from the commencement of this Act be deemed to be Crown lands within the meaning of the Crown Lands Con­ solidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts, free from any dedication or trust.

(2) The said lands shall be deemed to be land temporarily reserved from sale or lease under the said Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, and may on revocation of the reserve in accordance with the pro­ visions of that Act be disposed of or otherwise dealt with under the provisions of that Act or the Public Roads Act, 1902. SCHEDULE.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing an area of 3 acres 1 rood
15 perches or thereabouts situate at Lismore, parish of Lisruore, county of Rous : Commencing at the intersection of the south- western side of Con way- street with the north-western side of Molesworth-street, and bounded thence by Conway-street bearing 291 degrees 9 minutes 699 links to the Richmond River ; by that river downwards to the north-eastern boundary of William Wilson's 15 acres 3 roods 23 perches, by that boundary bearing 111 degrees 9 minutes 933 links to Molesworth-street aforesaid, and thence by that street bearing 21 degrees 19 minutes 400 links to the point of commence- ment as shown upon a plan in the Department of Lands, catalogued
