1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	34 Pineapple Road, Goonellabah (Lot 101, DP 594434),
(b)	88 Pineapple Road, Goonellabah (Lot 8, DP 253464),
(c)	97 Pineapple Road, Goonellabah (Lot 2, DP 1064627),
(d)	425 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill (Lot 12, DP 810542),
(e)	425A Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill (Lot 1, DP 1136812),
(f)	463 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill (Lot 13, DP 810542),
(g)	471 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill (Lot 11, DP 810542).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
