1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 43).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies, including the following land in Lismore—

(a)	90 Diadem Street, being Lot 3, DP 446862,
(b)	62 Diadem Street, being Lot 1, DP 876256,
(c)	136 Laurel Avenue, being Lot 3, DP 901128,
(d)	42–42A Uralba Street, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 3634,
(e)	54 Uralba Street, being Lot 4, DP 501396,
(f)	47 Uralba Street, being Lot 402, DP 755718,
(g)	certain land on Diadem Street and Laurel Avenue,
(h)	certain land on Uralba Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
