1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 2, DP 830616, 36A Smith Street, Clunes,
(b)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 630988, 2 and 4 Cassia Crescent, Goonellabah.

4      Amendment of Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit the matter relating to 36A Smith Street, Clunes, from Part 1.
