1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment
No 40).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Aim of Plan
This Plan aims to reclassify the land to which this Plan applies, being land owned by Lismore City Council, from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 to enable the future development, lease or disposal of the land.
4 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to certain land situated in the City of Lismore, being:
| (a) | 550B and 550C Nimbin Road, Blakebrook, and |
| (b) | 43 Keen Street, 126 Magellan Street, 36 Orion Street and 126 Woodlark Street, Lismore, and |
| (c) | 130 Gundurimba Road, Monaltrie, and |
| (d) | 144 Caniaba Street, South Lismore, and |
| (e) | part of 50 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah, and |
| (f) | 18 King Street, Lismore, |
as shown edged heavy black on Sheets 1–5 of the map marked “Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 40)” deposited in the office of Lismore City Council.
