Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 37).

2      Aim of Plan

This Plan aims to rezone the land to which this Plan applies from Zone No 1 (r) (Riverlands Zone) to Zone No 4 (a) (Industrial Zone) under Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 2, DP 538902, Lot 6, DP 1069302, Lot 3, DP 864899, Lot 3, DP 1002683, Lots 4 and 5, DP 18057, Lot 2, DP 1106994, the unformed Bouyon Street and part of Lake Street, in the vicinity of Bouyon, Terania, Tweed and Lake Streets, North Lismore, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “4 (a)” on the map marked “Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 37)” deposited in the office of Lismore City Council.
