1 Name of plan
This plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment
No 33).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims to reclassify the land to which this plan applies, being land owned by Lismore City Council, from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 so as to enable the lease or disposal of the land.
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to land situated in the City of Lismore at Goonellabah, being 12 Gordon Blair Drive, 26A Graeme Avenue, 42 Greenhills Drive and 65, 202 and 214A Oliver Avenue, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 33)” deposited in the office of Lismore City Council.
4 Amendment of Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000
Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
