under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 17).

2      Aim of plan

The aim of this plan is to give effect to the Lismore City Council Rural Housing Strategy 2002 by enabling certain infill rural residential development under Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 4 DP 580081 and Lots 1, 2 and 6 DP 258403

Minshul Crescent, Tullera.

4 Amendment of Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000

Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
