The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

  1. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Liquor Regulations.

  1. Prescribed times for sale or supply of liquor

  1. Regulation 3A of the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from subregulation (2) “8 a.m.” and substituting “7 a.m.”; and

(b)by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) “8 a.m.” and substituting “7 a.m.”.

  1. On 25 April 1998 the Principal Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A had been amended by omitting subregulation (1) and paragraph (3) (a).
