The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

1. Commencement

   These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Prescribed public places

   Regulation 11 of the Liquor Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from subregulation (2) “30 December 1997” and “5 January 1998” and substituting “29 December 1998” and “4 January 1999” respectively; and

(b)by inserting after paragraph (3) (e) the following paragraph:

“(ea)Wells Station Road;”.
