The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the .

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Regulations.
Prescribed times for sale or supply of liquor
On 1 January 1999 the Principal Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A had been amended—
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “5 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “4 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”;
(c) by omitting from subparagraph (3) (a) (i) “5 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”; and
(d) by omitting from subparagraph (3) (a) (ii) “4 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”.
On 25 April 1999 the Principal Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A had been amended by omitting subregulation (1) and paragraph (3) (a).
