Liquor Regulations² (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Liquor Ordinance 1975.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Liquor Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from Form 9 “specified in paragraph 96 (3) (b)” and substituting “referred to in sub-section 105A (2)”; and

(b)by omitting from Form 9 “within the meaning of section 96 of the Liquor Ordinance 1975”.
