The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Principal Regulations
1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Liquor Regulations.
Commencement
2. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Insertion
3. After regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Prescribed public places
“11. (1) For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘prescribed public place’ in subsection 84 (3) of the Act, the public places specified in subregulation (3) are declared to be public places to which section 84 of the Act applies.
“(2) The public places specified in subregulation (3) shall be taken to be public places to which section 84 of the Act applies only during the period commencing at 12 o’clock noon on Sunday 26 December 1993 and ending at 12 o’clock noon on Friday 31 December 1993.
“(3) For the purposes of subregulations (1) and (2), the following public places are specified:
(a)the Federal Highway;
(b)Northbourne Avenue north of the southernmost point of its intersection with Morphett Street, Dickson;
(c)Flemington Road, Mitchell between its intersection with Northbourne Avenue and the northernmost point of its intersection with Randwick Road, Mitchell;
(d)Stirling Avenue, Watson between its intersection with Northbourne Avenue and its intersection with Aspinall Street, Watson;
(e)Phillip Avenue between its intersection with Northbourne Avenue and its intersection with Innes Street, Watson;
(f)any unleased land adjoining a public place specified in any of the preceding paragraphs.”.
