The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Principal Regulations

1.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Liquor Regulations.

Commencement

2.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Prescribed public places

3.  Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from subregulation (2) “Sunday 26 December 1993” and “Friday 31 December 1993” and substituting “Monday 26 December 1994” and “Saturday 31 December 1994”, respectively; and

(b)by omitting paragraph (3) (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(ab)Antill Street between its intersection with the Federal Highway and the entrance to the Australian Heritage Village;

(b)Northbourne Avenue north of the southernmost point of its intersection with Macarthur Avenue and Wakefield Avenue;”.
