The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Prescribed public places

2.  Regulation 11 of the Liquor Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (7) “1 December 1995” and “2 December 1995” and substituting “Friday 13 December 1996” and “Saturday 14 December 1996” respectively.
