Liquor Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Prescribed times

2.  On 1 January 1997 the Liquor Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A set out in regulation 3 of Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996 had been amended—

(a)by omitting from subregulation (1) “4 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”; and

(b)by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) “4 a.m.” and substituting “6 a.m.”.
