Liquor Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Commencement
1. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Insertion
2. After regulation 10 of the Liquor Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Prescribed locations
“10A. The following locations are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 74 (1) of the Act:
(a)the Division of Hume in Tuggeranong District;
(b)the Division of Fyshwick in Canberra Central District;
(c)the Division of Mitchell in Gungahlin District.”.
Application
3. Regulation 4 of the Liquor Regulations (Amendment) (being Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996) is amended by omitting “31 March” and substituting “30 June”.
