The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Commencement
1. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Principal Regulations
2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Liquor Regulations.
Prescribed public places
3. Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations is amended—
(a)by omitting from paragraph (4) (c) “Autumn Feast” and substituting “Food and Wine Frolic”; and
(b)by omitting from subregulation (5) “17 March 1996” and substituting “16 March 1997”.
Schedule 2
4. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from the legend to the map “Food, Wine and All That Jazz”.
