The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Amendment of Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996

2. Regulation 4 of the Liquor Regulations (Amendment) (being Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996 as amended by Subordinate Law No. 3 of 1997) is  amended by omitting “30 June” and substituting “30 September”.
