The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Liquor Act 1975.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Prescribed public places

2.  Regulation 11 of the Liquor Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “Wednesday 25 December 1996” and “Monday 30 December 1996” and substituting “Tuesday 30 December 1997” and “Monday 5 January 1998” respectively.
