AN ACT to amend the Liquor Licensing (Mora-

torium) Act 1983.

[Assented to 28 October 1985.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent ss Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Liquor V,Tirgaal

Licensing (Moratorium) Amendment Act 1985. Act.

Act 1983 is referred to as the principal Act.

Commence-

The provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day as is fixed by proclamation, or on such respective days as are fixed by proclamation.

amended. 3. Section 3 of the principal Act is amended

(a) by repealing paragraph (a) of subsection (3); and

(b) by repealing subsection (4).

repealing paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and

substituting the paragraph following

(a) 31 December 1986; or ".
