Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (General) Variation Regulations 2014.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 March 2014.
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Regulation 6—delete the regulation and substitute:
6—Definition of regulated premises
(1)For the purposes of the definition of regulated premises in section 4 of the Act, the car parking area shown on the map in Schedule 5 of the Adelaide Oval Redevelopment and Management Act 2011 is declared not to be regulated premises during the designated period.
(2)However, the declaration under subregulation (1) is limited to the period commencing 3 hours before the scheduled start of an Australian Football League game at Adelaide Oval and ending 2 hours after the completion of the game.
(3)In this regulation—
designated period means the period commencing on 15 March in each year and expiring on 7 October in the same year (both dates inclusive).

Regulation 12(2)(c)—delete "20 millimetres" and substitute:

Regulation 12(2)(d)—delete "10 millimetres" and substitute:
5 millimetres
Note—
As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
