Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (General) Variation Regulations 2007.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 February 2007.
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.
Part 2—Variation of Liquor Licensing (General) Regulations 1997
4—Variation of regulation 21—Evidence of age
Regulation 21—delete "an authorised person" and substitute:
a prescribed person
5—Variation of regulation 21A—Procedures relating to removal of minors from licensed premises
Regulation 21A—delete "section 116(3a)" and substitute:
section 137B(2)
Regulation 21A—after "licensed premises" second occurring insert:
or a part of licensed premises
6—Variation of regulation 21B—Procedures relating to prevention of persons from entering or removal of persons from licensed premises
Regulation 21B—delete "sections 124(1a) and 127(2a)" and substitute:
