Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Dry Areas) Variation Regulations 2013.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of Schedule—Arno Bay Area 1

Schedule—Arno Bay Area 1, clause 2—delete "From 11 pm on 31 December 2012 to 8 am on 1 January 2013." and substitute:

From 11 pm on 31 December 2013 to 8 am on 1 January 2014.

5—Variation of Schedule—Basham Beach Area 1

Schedule—Basham Beach Area 1, clause 2—delete "From 6 pm on 30 December 2012 to 6 am on 2 January 2013." and substitute:

From 6 pm on 30 December 2013 to 6 am on 2 January 2014.

1—Extent of prohibition

The consumption of liquor is prohibited and the possession of liquor is prohibited.

2—Period of prohibition

From 3 pm on 31 December 2013 to 9 am on 1 January 2014.

3—Description of area

The area in and adjacent to Hayborough (being the area generally known as the Investigator car park, together with other land) bounded on the north by the south‑westerly prolongation in a straight line of the southern boundary of Lot 401 DP 3207, on the east by the south‑easterly prolongation in a straight line of the western boundary of that Lot, on the south by the low water mark of Encounter Bay and on the west by the eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2 DP 91118 and the south‑easterly prolongation in a straight line of the eastern boundary of Lot 2 DP 91118.

11—Variation of Schedule—Middleton Area 1

Schedule—Middleton Area 1, clause 2—delete "From 6 pm on 30 December 2012 to 6 am on 2 January 2013." and substitute:

The prohibition applies during the following periods:

(a)from 8 am on 22 November 2013 to 10 am on 25 November 2013;

(b)from 6 pm on 30 December 2013 to 6 am on 2 January 2014.

12—Variation of Schedule—Port Elliot Area 2

Schedule—Port Elliot Area 2, clause 2—delete "From 6 pm on 30 December 2012 to 6 am on 2 January 2013." and substitute:

From 6 pm on 30 December 2013 to 6 am on 2 January 2014.

13—Variation of Schedule—Port Kenny Area 1

Schedule—Port Kenny Area 1, clause 2—delete "From 9 pm on 31 December 2012 to 8 am on 1 January 2013." and substitute:

14—Variation of Schedule—Semaphore Area 4

Schedule—Semaphore Area 4, clause 2(a) and (b)—delete paragraphs (a) and (b) and substitute:

(a)from 12 noon on 31 December 2013 to 12 noon on 1 January 2014;

(b)from 12 noon on 26 January 2014 to 12 noon on 27 January 2014.

Schedule—Streaky Bay Area 1, clause 2—delete "From 6 pm on 31 December 2012 to 8 am on 1 January 2013." and substitute:

16—Variation of Schedule—Venus Bay Area 1

Schedule—Venus Bay Area 1, clause 2—delete "From 9 pm on 31 December 2012 to 8 am on 1 January 2013." and substitute:
