Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Dry Areas) Variation Regulations 2013.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Liquor Licensing (Dry Areas) Regulations 2012

4—Variation of Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 1

1. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 1, clause 2, paragraphs (a), (b) and (c)—delete paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) and substitute:

   (a)from 10 pm on each day to 8 am on the following day, but excluding the period during which the prohibition in Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 4 applies;

   (b)from 3 pm to 10 pm on 14 December 2013;

   (c)from 3 pm to 10 pm on 31 December 2013;

   (d)from 8 am to 9 am on 1 January 2014.

2. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 1, clause 3—delete "the north‑western boundary of Lindsay Street, then generally north‑easterly along that prolongation and boundary of Lindsay Street and the" and substitute:

   the north‑western boundary of Leworthy Street, then generally north‑easterly along that prolongation and boundary of Leworthy Street, and the prolongation in a straight line of that boundary, to the north‑eastern boundary of Crozier Road, then south‑easterly along that boundary of Crozier Road to the north‑western boundary of Acraman Street, then north‑easterly along the

1. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 2, clause 2, paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d)—delete paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) and substitute:

   (a)from 10 pm on each day to 8 am on the following day, but excluding the period specified in paragraph (b);

   (b)from 8 am on 18 November 2013 to 10 am on 25 November 2013;

   (c)from 3 pm to 10 pm on 14 December 2013;

1. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 3, clause 2—delete clause 2 and substitute:

   Continuous, but excluding the period during which the prohibition in Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 4 applies.

2. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 3, clause 3—delete "See the plan in Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 1."

7—Variation of Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 4

1. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 4, clause 2—delete "From 8 am on 16 November 2012 to 10 am on 24 November 2012." and substitute:

   From 8 am on 18 November 2013 to 10 am on 25 November 2013.

2. Schedule—Victor Harbor Area 4, clause 3—delete "along the south‑eastern boundary of Kullaroo Road and the prolongation in a straight line of that boundary to the north‑eastern boundary of Oval Road, then south‑easterly along that boundary of Oval Road to the north‑western boundary of Lindsay Street, then generally north‑easterly along that boundary of Lindsay Street and the" and substitute:
