1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Dry Areas—Short Term) Variation Regulations 2009.
2—Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of Schedule 1—Short term dry areas
Schedule 1—after the item headed "Adelaide—Area 2 (Elder Park)" insert:
Adelaide—Area 3 (Rymill Park and Rundle Park)
(there is no plan for this area)
The area in the City of Adelaide bounded on the north by Botanic Road, on the east by Dequetteville Terrace, on the south by Bartels Road and on the west by East Terrace. The area includes the whole of Rundle Road between East Terrace and Dequetteville Terrace.
5 pm on 31 December 2009 to 7 am on 2 January 2010.
The consumption of liquor is prohibited and the possession of liquor is prohibited.
Note—
As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
