Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Dry Areas—Long Term) Variation Regulations 2009.
2—Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Schedule 1—after item headed "Hallett Cove—Area 6" insert:

The area in Hallett Cove generally known as Olivier Terrace Reserve, comprising Lot 1 DP 73147, Lot 148 DP 10898 and Section 1682 Hundred of Noarlunga.
From 8 p.m. on each day to 8 a.m. on the following day, until 8 a.m. on 16 April 2010.
The consumption and possession of liquor are prohibited.
