Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Liquor Licensing Court Amendment Rules 1995.

Principal Rules

2. In these rules the Liquor Licensing Court Rules 1995* are referred to as the principal

rules.

3. Rule 17 of the principal rules is amended—

(a) by deleting from sub-rule (3) the words "and (2) and the Fourth Schedule to" and substituting the following—
