Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1998.

Commencement the day on which they are published in the Gazette, whichever is later.

3.     Regulation 25 amended

Regulation 25(1) of the Liquor Licensing Regulations' 1989* is amended by inserting after "bank" —

" or other financial institution ".
