Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor
Licensing Regulations 1989*.

3.             Regulation 6 replaced

Regulation 6 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead —

6.            Exception to section 4(8)

For the purposes of section 4(8) of the Act, the sale of liquor —

(a) by a liquor merchant who is authorised under
the law of another State, or of a Territory, to

(b) the delivery of which is effected in the State,

is not deemed to be concluded in the State.
