These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2006.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Licensing Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2005.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor
Licensing Regulations 1989*.

4.           Schedule 3 replaced

Schedule 3 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -
