Liquor Licensing Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2002.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

" 280.00 ";

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor
Licensing Regulations 1989*.

4. Schedule 3 amended
Schedule 3 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "1 000.00" and inserting instead — " 1 250.00 '';
(b)	in item 3a by deleting "120.00" and inserting instead — " 125.00 '';
(c)	in item 3b by deleting "275.00" and inserting instead —
