Liquor Licensing Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Liquor Licensing Amendment (Petrol Stations and Lodgers’
Registers) Act 2000 comes into operation.

3.             Regulation 9AA inserted

After regulation 9 of the Liquor Licensing Regulations 1989* the following regulation is inserted —

9AA. Prescribed distance outside country townsites
(s. 36A)

For the purpose of section 36A(2)(b) of the Act a distance of 25 kilometres is prescribed.
