Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations
(No. 3) 1999
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1999.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2000.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor

After regulation 26(3) the following subregulation is inserted -
(4) In calculating the fee for an application for an
occasional licence for an occasion or event lasting
more than one day, the anticipated number of persons
attending is the sum of the number of persons expected
to attend on each day, calculated using the informationprovided in the application form.
5. Schedule 3 amended
Schedule 3 is amended as follows:(a) by deleting items 1 and 2 and inserting instead the
following items -

(c) between 50land 1000 ........................ 115.00
(d) between 1 001 and 5 000 ..................... 500.00
1000.00(e) between 5 001 and 10 000 ................... 2 000.00
(f) over 10000 ..........................................

5. Application for extended trading permit for a
period of over 21 days -
(a) issued for a purpose referred to in
section 60(4)(ca) of the Act 300.00
(b) issued for a purpose referred to in
section 60(4)(h) of the Act ................... 200.00 (c)
issued for any other purpose 400.00
6. Application for extended trading permit for a
period of 21 days or less (for each day, up to a
maximum of $500)......................................... 50.00

(c) in item 10 by deleting "60.00" and inserting instead —
" 150.00 ".
