Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing
Amendment Regulations (NO. 2) 2004.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor
Licensing Regulations 1989*.

4.             Regulation 11 amended

(1) After regulation 11(4) the following subregulation is inserted

(5) An application under section 62(6) of the Act, by the

specifications the subject of a condition is to be
accompanied by the appropriate fee set Out in

Schedule 3.
