Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Licensing Amendment

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor
Licensing Regulations 1989*.

3.             Regulation 14A amended

(1)	Regulation 14A is amended by inserting before "Licensed-	the
subregulation designation "(1)".
(2)	At the end of regulation 14A the following subregulation is inserted

(2) Premises to which a casino liquor licence relates are

premises of a prescribed type or class for the purposes

of section 77(5a)(b) of the Act.
