Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations 2003.
2.	The regulations amended The amendment in these regulations is to the Liquor Licensing Regulations 1989*. [* Reprinted as at 8 March 2002.

3.            Regulation 14A inserted

After regulation 14 the following regulation is inserted —

14A. Prescribed p re m ises
Licensed premises to which a hotel restricted licence
relates are premises of a prescribed type or class for the
purposes of section 77(5a)(b) of the Act.
