Liquor Licensing Act 1988

Liquor Licensing Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing
Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.             Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 to the Liquor Licensing Regulations 1989* is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 17 by deleting “70.00” and inserting instead — “ 77.00 ”;
(b)	in item 18 by deleting “80.00” and inserting instead — “ 88.00 ”;
(c)	in item 21 by deleting “20.00” and inserting instead — “ 22.00 ”;
(d)	in item 24 by deleting “15.00” and inserting instead — “ 16.50 ”;
(e)	in item 26 by deleting “20.00” and inserting instead — “ 22.00 ”;
(f)	in item 28 by deleting “3.00” and inserting instead — “ 3.30 ”;
(g)

in item 29(a) by deleting “20.00” and inserting “ 22.00 ”;

(h)

in item 29(b) by deleting “50.00” and inserting “ 55.00 ”;

(i)      in item 30 by deleting “30.00” and inserting instead — “ 33.00 ”.
