LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

I. These re lations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing Amendment

Regulations 1B5.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Liquor Licensing Regulations 198P are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3.      Regulation 4 (1) of the principal regulations is amended -

(a)

in paragraph (a), by deleting "3.8%" and substituting the followng -

" 3.5% "; and

(b)

in paragraph W, by deleting '6.1%" and substituting the following -

Regulation 7 repealed and a regulation substituted

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, J. PRLTCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

4.      Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is repealed and the following

regulation is substituted -

Approved courses

7. An educational course of instruction or training that includes as a required element the tasting, sampling or use of liquor is an is conducted - approved course for the purposes of section 6 (1) (c) of the Act if it

(a) by a post-secondary or tertiary educational institution; or
(b)
by a person approved in writing by the Director. n
