LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing Amendment

Regulations 1991.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Liquor Licensing Regulations 1989* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 19 amended

3. Regulation 19 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting 1100"

and substituting the following -

CC $105 "

Regulation 20 amended

4. Regulation 20 (b) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"$100" and substituting the following -

ff.

" $105

Regulation 21 amended

5.  Regulation 21 of the principal regulations is amended -

(a)

following -	in paragraph (a) by deleting 1250" and substituting the
" $265 "; and

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting 1100" and substituting the

following -

" $105

Schedule 3 amended

6. Schedule 3 to the principal regulations is amended in the items specified in column 1 of the Table to these regulations by deleting the fees respectively set out in column 2 and substituting in each case the corresponding fee set out in column 3 of the Table.
