Liquor Licensing Amendment Act 2008
An Act to amend the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 and the Annulled Convictions Act 2003
[Royal Assent 2 May 2008]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
