10th Vict. No. '7.

1847.

Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council there- of, that it shall be lawful for two Justices to exercise all the powers and perform all the acts directed to be exercised and performed by three Justices according to the said Act;—Provided always that nothing in this Act contained shall be construed to repeal the fif- teenth Clause of an Act passed in the seventh year of the reign of

Her Present Majesty, entitled " an Act to regulate summary pro- ceedings before Justices of the Peace.
