Act No. 116, 1989

An Act to amend the Liquor (Amendment) Act 1989 with respect to certain trading hours for hotels. [Assented to 24 August 1989]

Liquor (Hoteliers) Amendment 1989

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1.     This Act may be cited as the Liquor (Hoteliers) Amendment Act

1989.

Commencement

2.     This Act commences on the date of assent.

Amendment of Liquor (Amendment) Act 1989 No. 91

3. The Liquor (Amendment) Act 1989 is amended by omitting

from section 25 (3) as inserted by Schedule 1 (3) to that Act the words
"for consumption on the licensed premises".
