Rockingham Early Learning and Childcare Centre Union Collective Agreement 2009.
[1] This is an application under Section 185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 for the approval of the Rockingham Early Learning and Childcare Centre Union Collective Agreement 2009.
[2] This agreement was lodged on 4 November 2009 for approval and was made on 14 October 2009. No information in support of an extension of time for lodgement has been provided.
[3] The last notice of employee’s representational rights was provided on 14 October 2009, less than 21 days before the employees were requested to vote to approve the agreement on 21 October 2009. This does not comply with s.188(a)(ii) of the Act.
[4] For this reason the agreement cannot be approved.
[5] An extension of time to lodge will not be granted.
[6] The application is dismissed.
