Edgeworth Bowling Club Enterprise Agreement 2010.

[1] An application has been made under s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) by the Liquor and Hospitality Division of the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union for the approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Edgeworth Bowling Club Enterprise Agreement 2010.

[2] In proceedings on 6 September 2010, I raised a number of matters concerning the Agreement and the content of the supporting declarations. Mr Dusevic for the applicant union, with the concurrence of Mr Brown from the club, then submitted the application was being discontinued and tendered a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, the proceedings are concluded.
