Liquor Control (Yakanarra Restricted Area)

Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council on the recommendation of the Minister.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Yakanarra Restricted

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Yakanarra
Restricted Area) Regulations 2010.

4.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "on the day 5 years after the day referred to in regulation 2(b)." and insert:

at the close of 30 April 2018.
